During this period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You are free to inspect the product, but only to the extent necessary to decide whether you want to keep it. If you choose to return it, the item must be sent back with all accessories included and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, notify us within the 60-day window by sending written notice to support@greenleafblends.com. Once notified, you have 14 days to ship the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Minor handling is allowed for inspection purposes, but the product should be returned in a resellable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure timely processing.

Duties, Taxes & Shipping Fees

Please note that customs duties, import VAT, and shipping fees are non-refundable. These costs are your responsibility and may be charged separately by the courier or postal service upon delivery, depending on your location. Greenleaf Blends does not include these in the listed product price.

Refunds apply to the product price only, excluding shipping and taxes, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return was due to a shipping error or defective product. Customs duties and import taxes are also not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Greenleaf Blends does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been significantly used beyond inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item following the standard return process. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

We process personal data (such as your name, address, and order details) solely for the purpose of handling returns, refunds, or exchanges. Your data will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.

We retain return-related personal data for a maximum of 12 months for administrative and legal purposes. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
